Today you can do one of the following or a combination of them.
- 4 Low Carb ( What is a low carb meal? )
- 4 - 5 Detox Juices
- Fast ( Continue to drink water if you are fasting )
- Do fitness test and tell someone that finished the Xtreme Challenge and take those After Photos!
