- Today is a recovery day so you won't be doing any workouts but you can do the Fitness Tests at the link below.
- FITNESS TESTS
Diet
Today you can do one of the following or a combination of them.
- 4 Low Carb ( What is a low carb meal? )
- 4 - 5 Detox Juices
- Fast ( Continue to drink water if you are fasting )
Motivational
- Do fitness test and tell someone that finished the Xtreme Challenge and take those After Photos!

Thank you for this new 6 week program,
I loved it almost as much as the first program I ever bought from you 2,5 years ago.
I achieved a steady 7lb loss over the past 6 week and I can say it was definitely fat, not just weight! Love being toned again :-)

I’m a vegan and I’ve just finished your program. Now I’ve reduced the intake of sugar and salt significantly and exercise adequately every day. I become stronger physically, mentally and psychologically. I’ll continue to work out to build even more muscles. Thank you.

Great results. In only 6 weeks went from 196 to 188, 35 inch waist to almost 33. Great definition! I am going to go back and redo weeks 3-6 to continue to sculpt but I am also interested in building some muscle. Thanks Jeff
