    Hi Peter
    Thank you for this new 6 week program,
    I loved it almost as much as the first program I ever bought from you 2,5 years ago.
    I achieved a steady 7lb loss over the past 6 week and I can say it was definitely fat, not just weight! Love being toned again :-)

    Hallo Peter,
    I’m a vegan and I’ve just finished your program. Now I’ve reduced the intake of sugar and salt significantly and exercise adequately every day. I become stronger physically, mentally and psychologically. I’ll continue to work out to build even more muscles. Thank you.

    Hi Peter hope you are well. Today I finished the challenge and very proud of it and need to lose more fat and get ripped. Can I start again from week 4,5,6 or have to start from week 1. Because week 1,2,3 workout are now easy for me

    Peter,
    Great results. In only 6 weeks went from 196 to 188, 35 inch waist to almost 33. Great definition! I am going to go back and redo weeks 3-6 to continue to sculpt but I am also interested in building some muscle. Thanks Jeff
