Simply follow the information below for one full week and then move onto your next goal.
The only time you do not have to worry about doing the recovery week is if you are doing the 7Day Photo Shoot Program or you are moving onto to Maintenance.
You will only be doing 4 workouts this week. 2 Cardio and 2 Weight Training.
- On Day 1 and 4 you will do Week 1 Cardio + Abs Workout
- On day 2 and 5 you will be doing Week 3 Weight Training
- On all the other days you can just be active or do 25 to 30 min of slow cardio
