Continue to Lose Fat Plan

If your goal is to continue to lose more fat you can do one of two things.

If you feel ok and you have continued to lose fat throughout the Xtreme Challenge you can simply start at week one and redo the full challenge. The fact that the first week’s workouts will now be easy for you will work as a built in recovery phase.

If you feel you need a brake you simply follow the recover week and then restart the challenge and week 1.
