FITNESS TESTS

Below I have provided you with 4 fitness tests you can perform to measure your cardiovascular endurance as well as the muscular endurance and strength.

Be sure to take these tests at the beginning of the 30 days and then regularly once per week to see how your fitness, endurance and strength have improved.

NOTE: I am not a big fan of doing Sit-ups so I would suggest that you rather do Crunches.
