    Hey Peter, I’m getting your emails like 9-9:30 pm here (Dominican Republic) and its a lil’ bit uncomfortable to do it at that time, so I took the decision of do it the other day without skipping anything. Is this ok?

      You can’t just drink juice, you must also eat the foods.

    Hi Peter kudos :) I’m a SA’can living in the worlds most expensive country Norway and as Whey & Casein Protein is way cheaper than chicken I was wondering if I could follow your program by only actually eating dinner and the rest of my meals take a protein shake?

      Hi man, hope you enjoying it over there. I would never really want to replace a real food with a shake so my short answer would be no but if you have no choice it is better than nothing for now.

      Not if you want to get results fast. 1 to 2 fruits per day is what I would go with for now.

    hi peter, i wanna ask something, i have college holidays, now a days i wake up very late like 11 am and i have breakfast at 11.30 or 12.00 pm and i used to do workout on 4.00 pm can i take my high card meal at night because after breakfast i dont feel hungry and i think low carbs meal will be enough for me because i take my breakfast very late, so is it fine or stick to plan that you told us in video? and thanks for your great help :)

    Firstly thanks for the great motivation, your tips really help a lot. But I was wondering with the carbs, would whole grain pasta be a bad choice. I love pasta and would love to incorporate it once ever week or 2 into a meal?

    Hello Peter
    I have worked hard until today, did my 30 min of hard running with heart rate up to 157 bpm then 15 mins on spinning bike easy keeping heart rate up as your video
    But had to go out for an Indian birthday meal, but that’s it will carry on again as before putting 100% in
    Also got my juicer coming ASAP

    Hi Peter,

    Yesterday my left knee wouldn’t coöperate… So now I cant push with my left knee. What should I do to replace the lunges? I think Squad might work, not entirely sure though…

      Try Squats if you can otherwise try isometric wall squats.

    Hi Peter, I have a doubt.. When you say “cut xxxx foods for today” you mean cut that determined food for one single day? Or is it from today on no more sugar, no more white bread etc etc? Thanks for your reply! Cheers!

    I have been doing everything that you have told us to do in this prep week and I definitely want to continue this program for the next 6 weeks. Since it is a little pricey for my family at the time, is there a way I can get just the workout program for a reduced cost? My diet has been going really well and if there is a way I can get just the workouts for a reduced cost, I would appreciate it.

    Today is my 3rd day of 6weeksixpack challenge & I am enjoying it so thank you so much. I want to destroy belly fat. I am also trying many crunch exercises like reverse crunch, double crunch etc but not getting required result. What should I do? I want your opinion on it.

    Hello Peter

    My wife and I are working through the 7 day six week six pack starter challenge and in Day 4 you have some video links that go to your site at sixpackfactory.com. When we try to click on those links we get a 404 error that the domain name is managed by WP Engine but sixpackfactory.com website is not successfully subscribed. Has the website domain or web address changed?

    We got a juicer, been juicing daily, and doing all three of the challenges motivation, diet, and workout to the fullest and feeling much better about ourselves as well as excited to move into the six week six pack program when we are done with the starter challenge! With the juicing is there a substitute for the beets? Can we add cucumber to the list you provided on day 2?

    Thanks for this great program and all the different things you have done to help people stay motivated and able to succeed! We cannot wait to look back and see how our bodies have changed to our ultimate goals!

    Also my work is such that I have to be unable to eat prepared meals for lunch for a solid week each month. How have you found best to accommodate diet requirements in a restaurant or possible fast food situation? (I don’t always have control of where we might dine)

      Hi Christian, Sorry for the link issue, we are just working on SPF at the moment.

      Cucumber is fine to add and as far as eating out in a healthy way, there are many ways to do this but get through the first 7 days and then we you get going with a proper diet and workout plan like the 6weeksixpack we will look at how to overcome this hurdle. Keep rocking you two!

    Hi Pete, did most of the exercises today. Couldn’t do the jumping jacks or the line jumps yet but I will get there. I did the 20 sec with a 10 sec rest. I got through 3 sets, waited and then did the last set after about 5 minutes. Hopefully I will do better tomorrow. Thanks again for a great program. I’m feelin it already.
