Diet Info For Today
- Cut out salt/sodium
- Drink 4-6 glasses of water
- Make your first juice (click here to see video)
- Go and buy one source of each of the following Macronutrients/Foods below. In other words if you want to buy chicken for your protein source then go and buy one packet of 4-6 chicken breasts. Do not just buy one chicken breast. The food you buy will need to be enough to make four meals.
Protein Sources:
- Chicken Breast - skinless
- Fish Fillet
- Beef Steak ( Lean )
Carbohydrate Sources:
- Sweet Potato / Yam with skin
- Brown Rice
- Oats
Fat Sources:
- Olive Oil / Coconut Oil
- Avocado
- Almond Nuts
Fibrous Vegetables:
- I was going to list a lot of veggies and fruits here but the best thing to do is to just get a bag of mixed veggies for this week and then a packet of fruit like apples.

January 5, 2015Did an 650 cal hiit workout while being in a calorie deficit of 1k… Feel quite tired and sore but quite nice, too. I’ll try this video later on today

The last two rounds I could hardly lift myself off the mat…. found my daily motivator while sitting in my wife’s jet-tub… cold water only. …. who’s idea was it to put a mirror there? Anyway. … the new me is going to look great sitting in that tub!

January 6, 2015I am unable to do floor pushups even the modified version. Had to do push-ups on stairwell. Also, i can only do half squats because of knee problems.Nevertheless, just completed day 2 workout. I feel like I have accomplished something although I thought I would not make it. Are the modifications to the exercises ok or not?

January 7, 2015Hi im a complete beginner to exercise and found yesterday exercise tough but managed to complete it. Was aching a bit this morning but went for 30 min walk today- raring to go for tomorrow!! Interestingly enjoying eating healthy already feel much more positive. Tried the juicing as well and was pleasantly surprised how good it is. Thanks for all your help so far. Have been looking forward to the next days emails. James

January 21, 2015If you don’t have a juicer simply make sure you eat 4 to 6 portions of mix veggies per day.

January 25, 2015Thank you for this challenge! It came at exactly the right time for me – I had decided I needed to get serious about losing weight, rather than buy a whole new wardrobe in a larger size.
I am very pleasantly surprised at how good the juice tastes, but I do have a question – the beet roots are staining everything red/pink (including my sink and my hands), mostly when cleaning the juicer, even when washing everything immediately. Is there a way to help prevent that?

February 19, 2015After the second day we had to start all over because we had a bbq this weekend. This is our second round day 2. Started this challenge with my wife I look forward that she can loose some weight she got after she gave birth to our second daughter (she has been struggling with her weight) and also that I can get ripped. She is motivated.

May 25, 2015What a workout. I was quite shocked how unfit I have become especially with the push ups but I pushed hard and felt even more motivated that I finished day 2 without cheating. After all I’ll only be cheating myself from achieving my goal. Six pack abbs here I come…..
