- Do something ACTIVE during this 30 minutes for today. It can be anything, from taking the dog for a walk, going for a bike ride or even playing golf. Do it for the full 30 minutes.
- Do a nice stretching session. FIND ONE HERE
Diet Info For Today
- Cut out Trans Fats from your diet.
- Drink a Juice
- Eat 4 meals. 2 High carb Meals and 2 Low Carb Meals as described in the video above andwith the foods you bought yesterday. If you have any questions ask them below so that I can get an idea of wha you might have a problems with and so give you more info on that. I really want to make this as simple as possible.

- Write down your Ultimate Goal and then your Reward for Reaching this goal and post it next to the image you cut out on Monday.

January 7, 2015I would eat one after the workout ( 45mins after ) and then the next meal would also be a high carb and then you can finsih of the day with the tow low carb meals.

Following your points is mostly OK for me. But the kids!!! Got a 15 and 18 year old in the HOUSE. They were SCREAMING when I went in the pantry on day one. Had to negociate foods I should have trone OUT.
I am receiving emails from their friends and mom that I reached a new level of inconciousness. I am laughing – was that what you said about taking the bad comments with distance??? S.it is hitting the fan out here. My son – 18 – as even baked double dip chocolate muffins (24 of them) to get me to lose control and quit this program. With 49 years of experience, I laugh (at least try) and I did NOT cheat, even had a glass of milk with him while he was stuffing is face with 4 muffins.
I went to skip robe with my daugter right after. She laughed so much. I never skipped before. Tonight, she helped me get a rythm and I skip way better now. It is my breath that stops me now!
Can’t wait for day #4.

I am very proud of my self because i stopped eating sugar(i am real addict when it comes to sugar).Although I have some questions about the work out. I am in shape, and i am working out normally but i am eating and i am motivating my self as you said. So my question is can i keep up my work and listen to your tips about eating and motivating my self ? My work out is very intense, i do 40 minutes cardio work out on the trade mil and 40 minutes of lifting weights, so can i keep up with this work and helpfully results will be better in a week. This is great info thanks you.I have tried to loose weight for so long and it is a uphill struggle all the way that I am very demotivated at the moment and doing this 7 day program to at least see if I can get some results in the positive direction.
I have 2 questions first with regard to the juice. I don’t have a juicer but I have a blender if I cut all the veggies up and use that is it still okay? of course some like the lemon have to be peeled.Will it still do the job? (Decent juicers over here are really expensive)
Second after yesterdays workout I woke up with teribble lower back pain, any suggestions?
I am determined to do this right as I dont have many options left.

January 17, 2015Hi Andy, nope you can blend the veggies to make a juice, rather just eat them then over the preiod of the day. As far as back pain, could be many things but obviously you might just have a weak back fro now so take it nice and easy until it gets stronger and don’t do anything that hurts it further.

January 20, 2015Andy, see if your back pain gets better as you drop weight – excess abdominal fat actually puts strain on your lower back and can be one of the causes of recurring low back pain. If it persists though, seeing a physio is a good idea!

January 21, 2015Hello Peter, I have one doubt or concern. 100g of sweet potatoes have 87 kcal (77g Carbs) and 100g of brown rice have 372 kcal (20g Carbs). So is very different if I eat sweet potatoes or brown rice in my meals. Caloric meal difference is huge! So am I right or is not like this? (Raw products). Thank you Peet.

January 21, 2015That is why you only use the correct amount depending on your goals and daily calorie intake. You can’t compare 100g of rice with 100h of SP.

Yesterday I drunk 3 glasses and was like popeye cannn! I was active all day. I used a blender so do not waste anything… Now… I still feel the push, the incentive, the need to do some workout but you said to us that rest and only been active… So this gives me a “something’s missing” feeling… Is there a problem if I repeat yesterday’s series??? And I forgot my news photo… Can l take it today???

And the second question- ( I know any kind of alcohol is extra calories, what I definitely don’t need) What do you think about Bulmers light irish cider. There is 100ml Energy 117kJ/28 kcal, Protein <0.1, carbohydrate 0.7g. Fat : trace . And contains sweeteners. ( does it counts like sugar as well , and is this really-really bad ? )

February 1, 2015Sweetenr is ok BUT very bad for your health so you wan to cut that out eventually as well. Adn as far as the cider, I don’t know it and I don’t know if it is made natrual but it is probaby stil full of cemicals so drink it only every now and then.

January 17, 2016Sorry Peter, but I do not juice. I’ve been doing smoothies for 3 full years now, and it nice and easy to do. I’m also on a fix income and juicing costs to much money, and that’s why smoothies are much more affordable for me as well. Please Peter, let us know if we can replace juicing with making smoothies. Please and thank you. I’m surprised smoothies or green smoothies are not a part of the 7 day fat loss kick start.

Stopped sugar and salt completely.
Passed out in minute 7 of push ups. Cant do it,man. Sore arms. No oxygen flowing.
Came home and drink my protein shake and high carb meal an hour later. Slept for 14 hours. Wow. Sleep was intense. Didnt wanted to leave bed this morning. lol.
I appreciate your instructions. I will do the whole 6 weeks to see how far i can go.

I am insulin resistant .So the high carb meals will be a problem for me. For breakfast i have an avo with eggs or bacon and green leafy salads or veggi juice afternoon 1 protein with steam veg try to avoid starchy veg or limit it ect. Do you have any other advice .
