    Unfortunelly I didn’t believe in the challenge too much and I didn’t make a photo of me at the day 1 (which I regret now as I feel rly great)

    Anyway – During this week I’ve been doing all those exercises and I feel like I have a lot of problems with maintaining the speed of push-ups, I don’t have that many problems with squats, crunches etc. and I can do them w/o bigger problems, but I feel like I do push-ups waay to slowly to make it effective. Should I do reps for pushups instead of the 30 sec frame?

      Speed never comes into any of this, you should simply do as many push-up using proper form as you can during the timeframe.

      IF your parents are ok with it yes. My diet is designed to make you healthier and as long as you listen to your body and don’t do something stupid as far as the workouts you will be fine. BUT get your docs permission first.

    Hey Peter, I really didn’t do that good during the 7 days. I went out of town and everything just got all out of whack. What do you suggest? Just go ahead with the six pack challenge or start the 7 days over, do it like I’m suppose to and then go to the six pack challenge?

    Hi Peter. I startet “7 days “a little bit early, because we vent on holiday , (with all inclusive.) with our to small children. But am ready to start at monday… from beginning. I have eaten less crap food, thanks to your program, i watched on the vacasjones.

    Youre right that suger, salt, pops, alcohol and candies are the main cuplrit for having a poor diet.
