January 10, 2015Hey Peter, I love this idea of a program that hope you get fit and get a six pack and ripped, I am only 16 but I’ve dreamt about having an awesome body for a while and really lack the motivation to get there seeing your videos and seen you do this is inspiring but I still don’t see the results that I wish to see, i’ve been doing my own homework outs for a while and incorporating some of yours but I still don’t see results and I want to more than anything I’ve been doing this for a month now,, I am 150 poundsI do all kinds sports, but hot seeing a chane is discouraging can you recommend a diet for me to help me see some more of these results that I wait to see.

January 18, 2016Peter, I’m 58 years old, 5′ 7” and 175lbs. I’ve been going to the gym for 5 months now with no weight loss. Just ordered a juicer and as soon as it comes in I am going to really commit myself into your program. Don’t get me wrong, I’m gathering all of your train info and am actually doing and prepping myself to fully follow all of your advice. I don’t know much about all of the proper foods to purchase but your videos have explained it for me. I’m looking forward to getting back in shape and living a healthier life style.My goal is to loose 20lbs. Thanks for getting me off my butt and moving on.
