    I wanna lose weight to get in grape shape and be able to do tricking the best way I can

    Hey Peter, I love this idea of a program that hope you get fit and get a six pack and ripped, I am only 16 but I’ve dreamt about having an awesome body for a while and really lack the motivation to get there seeing your videos and seen you do this is inspiring but I still don’t see the results that I wish to see, i’ve been doing my own homework outs for a while and incorporating some of yours but I still don’t see results and I want to more than anything I’ve been doing this for a month now,, I am 150 poundsI do all kinds sports, but hot seeing a chane is discouraging can you recommend a diet for me to help me see some more of these results that I wait to see.

    Much much easier the exercises this time. My wife and I have hanged in there and everyday more motivated on achieving our goals.

    THE EXCERCISE ARE GETTING EASIER THAN WHEN I FIRST STARTED, THAT TELLS ME THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING AND IT GIVES ME CONFIDENCE ON REACHING MY GOAL TO HAVE A GOOD AND GREAT HEALTHY BODY (life). Once again thank you Peter and i’m willing and ready to go.

    Reasons why:

    1, Looking forward to a healthier life style and with my 30th high school reunion coming I want to look good..” LOOK GOOD FEEL GOOD”

    2, I’m tired of being called chubby and that I’m getting old..In addition I wont get a girl with a belly like that…It’s getting old.

    I feel so much better after the first 5 days going into today.. I have already lost 5 pounds and I feel as if I have a bit more energy.

    I am sundharraj aged 53, when I was young by so many reasons not able to do the fitness, after 30 I start fitness and again discontinued, now I am very much interest to keep good health and keep fit, even I have diabetic. But I hope you may help me.

    Peter, I’m 58 years old, 5′ 7” and 175lbs. I’ve been going to the gym for 5 months now with no weight loss. Just ordered a juicer and as soon as it comes in I am going to really commit myself into your program. Don’t get me wrong, I’m gathering all of your train info and am actually doing and prepping myself to fully follow all of your advice. I don’t know much about all of the proper foods to purchase but your videos have explained it for me. I’m looking forward to getting back in shape and living a healthier life style.My goal is to loose 20lbs. Thanks for getting me off my butt and moving on.
