Success Tip For Today

Workout Info For Today

  • Find and commit to a 30 minute time slot when you will be doing your workouts each day.
  • Do something ACTIVE during this 30 minutes for today. It can be anything, from taking the dog for a walk, going for a bike ride or even playing golf. Do it for the full 30 minutes.

Diet Info For Today

  • Get rid of all unhealthy foods in your house.
  • Cut out all Sugars for today!
  • Go buy the ingredients for the Detox juice:
  1. Celery: 4 short sticks of celery
  2. Spinach: A Large Bunch of spinach leaves
  3. Radish: 2 radishes
  4. Beetroot: 2 medium size beetroots
  5. Carrots: 3 medium size carrots
  6. Ginger: Small size of fresh ginger
  7. Apples: 1 apple
  8. Lemon

 

Motivational Info For Today

  • Find and cut out an image of someone's body you like or your dream body and post it on the front of your fridge.

    Starting from tomorrow… Feeling Motivated.. Please can you be little more specific about what food we should eat each other. I am sure this is already prepared program like you said so not sure if you can change or add anything or want to customize it but I am sure you dont mean we should only drink detox juice for the whole day :)

        I’m so glad that I finally found this answer. I had been looking everywhere for it. I do use Raw Organic Honey but I suppose that it makes no difference at all. I will stop using it immediately. Thank You Peter.

          Remember Shelley that once you are in shape there are many foods that you can eat again and raw honey used properly can be good and healthy but yes as this is a fat loss program we try and cut out any extra sugar and fructose as much as we can.

    hello mr peter , this is my first day, i’m very motivated , want to ask you is it possible to train other parts of the body or i just have to keep focusing on the abs for the next 6 weeks !!

      Just follow the program and you will soon find out you don’t just train abs, in fact you will be training abs very little :)

    Does cutting all sugar mean, from fruit too?

    detox ingredients all of them bought already
    35 minutes of cardio cutting all sugar

    QUESTION==> the Splenda can be used as substitute???

    All sugars but “you can have one fruit per day”.

    My question is: Whit your plan, how many time a day we could eat? and What kind of meal we could eat?

      Depends what kind. If you just stand and shoot I would do something that is a bit more active and do archery just as a hobby and for fun, DON’T STOP doing something you love doing!

    My name Stephen Murray and I am 47 years old. I used to be a professional figure skater when I was in my 20’s until I broke my tailbone. I have already lost 40 lbs. of pure ugly body fat and can already start to see my abs developing. I am so pumped for this challenge and will go to the moon and back to out do the energized bunny :)

    Hi everyone,
    I did this program and it worked really good. Peter’s program is practical and helped me to get the result I expected. I lost 8 kg during the “6 weeks” program. I still needed to lose more weight so I continued this program for some more weeks till I got the result I wanted. I was 93kg and reached 78kg in around 6 months. My recommendation for new guys is just to be patient and follow each day program. Tips of the program are also really useful.
