Welcome to IGNITION.
Today we are going to quickly have a look at what IGNITION is so that you can get your mindset ready for this challenge from day one.
Then we will look at the Final Checklist so that we can make sure you are 100% ready before we get started tomorrow.

  • Get Your Doctor’s Permission
  • Tell your friends and family that you are starting this kick start program and if you are up to it you can even go and make a post on your social media pages about it.
  • Take a Before Photo ( This if for your own use and won’t be published anywhere )
  • Schedule a 30 minute slot into your day that you know you will be able to use for exercise.
  • Write down your main goal you want to achieve during this challenge.
  • Write down a NON FOOD related reward for reaching your goal.
  • Write down your favourite motivational quote.
  • Print out and paste the 3 things you have written out above on your fridge!
