Welcome to Day 17

Today you will be moving on to the Phase 2 Core Workout. Try and go for 10 minutes.

We are cutting the cardio so that we can make sure we give our bodies time to recover from the muscle building workouts and to make sure most of the calories we take in can go towards building muscle.

You can however do some slow walking for 20 to 30 minutes if you want after the core workout.
