ADD A MORNING CARDIO SESSION

  • Another great way to zone in and getting even better results is to do a slow cardio sessions first thing in the morning in a fastest state. Only do this if your current workout is not also in the morning and if you do make sure you take some BCAA's to prevent any muscle loss.
