Be active for 30 minutes doing anything you love doing like walking to the dog, going for a walk on the beach etc. Anything more then doing nothing.

REMOVING OBSTACLES & TEMPTATIONS
We all have obstacles and temptations on a daily basis. Many times what separates the people who create healthy habits from the ones that don’t is they admit they have weaknesses and plan ahead to avoid those or build up the willpower to overcome them. But this all starts with knowing what they are. Do you hate getting out of bed to do your workouts in the morning? Try doing them at night or make sure your clothes are already when you wake up so that you make it as easy for yourself to get started as possible.Maybe you are so busy that you never get time for lunch and always just get something on the run that is normally unhealthy. How about making sure you have some healthy snacks like nuts nearby so that you can just have a few of those when you need some energy.
So write down as many obstacles that you can find and then find solutions for them so that you are prepared.
