COACHING

SET UP ACCOUNTABILITY 

  • Most people tend to be a little too easy on themselves, which is why it’s important that you look into getting an accountability partner.  This is someone who is going to hold you accountable – someone to check in with you from time to time and make sure that you are staying on top of your plan. This could be a personal trainer if you wish to use one or simply one of your close friends or family members.This person should inquire with you every so often about your progress and what you have been doing.
