VISUALIZATION

  • Today we are going to look at how to use visualization. Visualization involves actually picturing yourself in your mind seeing success.  You can do this when you wake up or take a few minutes before you start your workout for instance to do it.What you’ll want to do is close your eyes and begin to breathe in deeply. After ten deep breaths in, you’ll want to visualize yourself in your dream body. Imagine what it’s like living in that body – how do people react around you? How do you feel about yourself? What else changes?

    Try and be in that picture as much as possible. The more you really feel like that is your new reality, the harder you’re going to push to actually make it your new reality.

    Stay in the visualization for five to ten minutes, keeping your eyes closed and your body relaxed.  Then to come out, focus on taking deep breaths again and then finish up. The more often you can do this, the more driven you will find you’ll be. It is also great to use for a quick boost of motivation whenever you need it.
