Be active for 30 minutes doing anything you love doing like walking to the dog, going for a walk on the beach etc. Anything more then doing nothing.

For a goal system to be truly effective, you should have rewards in place. Rewards are a great way to congratulate yourself for a job well done and will help inspire you to keep pushing onwards.The key points to remember when setting your rewards are that first, they aren’t food related as this would just detour you off the right path and second, that they are scaled with the amount of effort you need to put in to reach your goal.
This means that your reward for reaching your long-term goal should be bigger and more important than you reward for reaching a weekly goal for example. The more effort you require, the more of a motivational push you’ll need. A larger reward will help provide that.
Set up each reward in accordance to the goals you have set.
