SET AN OPEN ENDED GOAL

  • Now it’s time to look at the big picture. Suppose you reach that long-term goal you’ve just set, then what? What does that really mean to you? Take some time to identify the bigger reasons you have for reaching your goal. For instance, if you were aiming to drop 10 pounds, this might give you more energy for daily living or perhaps it makes you feel more confident in yourself. That is your open-ended goal – to be more confident or have more energy.  This is the goal that won’t fade away once the initial long-term goal is realized as it’s something that you always want to have in place in your life.

POST A PHOTO OF A BODY YOU LIKE

  • We all have a type of body in mind that we would like to work towards. Today I want you to find a photo someone with a physique that you like and then cut it out and paste it somewhere you will be able to see it on a regular basis so that you can use it to motivate you throughout the day.
