Welcome to day 12 of the 30 Day Home Workout Challenge.

Today you will be doing the HIIT CARDIO + CORE workout again and I love giving you this workout at the beginning and near the end of each week so that you can use it as a little FITNESS TEST to see how you are improving.

So make sure you try and do at least one round more then what you did on Day 8.
