Below I have provided you with 4 fitness tests you can perform to measure your cardiovascular endurance as well as the muscular endurance and strength.

Be sure to take these tests at the beginning of the 6 weeks and then regularly once per week to see how your fitness, endurance and strength have improved.


Push-Up Test

Sit-Up/Crunch Test

NOTE: I am not a big fan of doing lot's of Sit-ups so I would suggest that you rather do Crunches. The main thing is that you use the same exercise every time.
