Being prepared is half the battle won so today I want to give you the final checklist and a list of all the tools you will need before we start tomorrow.
- First of all make sure you have your Doctor’s permission to start this challenge and any physical activity that might be part of this challenge.
- Make sure you have taken your before photo.
- Sign up to the Daily Mentoring e-mails if you want to receive them.
- Make sure you have set aside time to do your workouts. Better yet, schedule a 30 minute time-slot into your day.
- Make sure your diet is in place and you are ready to eat healthy by going through the diet manual.
- Go check out your first workout for tomorrow and make sure you have everything you need to do it.
- Tell everyone that you are doing this challenge so they will support you and maybe even join you!
