CARDIO & ABS WORKOUT 4

Workout Structure

  • You will do a HIIT Cardio workout followed by an Abs workout.
  • The cardio workout has 6 exercises. 
  • You will do each exercise for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
  • You will repeat the full circuit 5 times in total.
  • You will then move on to the core workout.
  • The abs workout has 4 exercises.
  • You will do each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat the full circuit 3 times.
  • Workout Time 33min
  • Equipment - Body-Weight/Dumbbell

  • Express Warm-Up

 

  • Burpees x 20sec/10sec
  • Kick Throughs x 20sec/10sec
  • High Knees x 20sec/10sec
  • Split Mountain Climbers x 20sec/10sec
  • Jumping Jacks x 20sec/10sec
  • Jump & Hop x 20sec/10sec

Repeat full circuit 5 times in total.

  • DB Crunch x 30sec
  • Straight Leg Reverse Crunch ( Right )  x 30sec
  • DB Russian Twists x 30sec
  • Alternating Supermans ( Left ) x 30sec

Repeat full circuit 3 times in total.
