The very first success story I want to share with you is from Dave, one of the very first people who took the 7 Day Fat Loss Kick start a few years ago.

During the first 7 days he lost over 11lbs but he did not stop there. He then moved on to the 6WeekSixPack Challenge for a few months and dropped another 30,2lbs. Dave is a typical example of what can be done if you simply stay consistent and do the basics correctly.

Below is his progressions photos and his testimony and a funny story about the reaction from one of his fellow employees when she saw him for the first time in 4 months.

Testimonial after the first 7 days:

Peter definitely has the recipe for success.  The daily challenge videos that he presented during the Prep Week helped me lose 11 pounds in 7 days! Peter is an outstanding motivator and educator...and I was particularly impressed when he personally responded to my questions and comments.  I am so ready to rock out the 6 week six pack challenge and get ripped like never before.

Funny story:

Hi Peter, I thought you might enjoy this funny story. ...a nurse that I have been working with at the hospital for 6 years came down to see us....I haven't seen her physically for 4 months or so, even though we've talked on the phone almost daily.  The last time she saw me I looked like the day 1 picture.   So anyway she was talking to everyone except me. ..finally she looked over at me and introduced herself and told me that I was really going to like working at the hospital and that all the people were really friendly. ..etc...

So I told her my name and that I appreciated her letting me know that after 6 years. ...the look on her face was PRICELESS!!!  I had to show her my tattoo to make her believe that it really was me...hahaha!   Love it
