FITNESS TESTS

Below we have provided you with 4 fitness tests you can perform to measure your cardiovascular endurance as well as the muscular endurance and strength.

Be sure to take these tests at the beginning of the 6 weeks and then regularly once per week to see how your fitness, endurance and strength have improved.

You can do all of them or I would suggest at very least you do the Push-Up and Squat Test.

NOTE: I am not a big fan of doing Sit-ups so I would suggest that you rather do Crunches.
