
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup Oatmeal (raw measurement)
- 20 grams 70% Dark Chocolate
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup mixed Nuts

DIRECTIONS
- Begin by cooking the oatmeal according to the package directions, using water.
- After it’s finished, put in the block of chocolate and allow to melt.
- From there, stir in the protein powder until mixed and then top with berries and nuts.
- Serve immediately.
