INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Oatmeal (raw measurement)
  • 20 grams 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup mixed Nuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Begin by cooking the oatmeal according to the package directions, using water.
  2. After it’s finished, put in the block of chocolate and allow to melt.
  3. From there, stir in the protein powder until mixed and then top with berries and nuts.
  4. Serve immediately.
