FOCUS ON LITTLE WINS

  • By only ever focusing on your main goal you can sometimes find yourself become demotivated , especially if that main goal is still far away.

    The problem is that when you only ever focus on your main goal you might be losing sight of all the amazing little wins you are achieving each day as you move towards your big goal.

    So what you can do to motivate yourself as you work towards your big goal is to make sure you focus and be aware of all the little wins you are achieving each day. And that means every little thing that you are doing that is getting you closer to your main goal.

    So if you are hitting each one of the actions steps I give, punch your first and be proud of that little win and you will soon see how motivated and excited you are each day working towards your BIG WIN!
