COACHING

AVOID DISTRACTIONS 

  • The one downside to training at home is you’ll always be at risk for distractions.  Do your best to minimize these. This includes letting your family members know they are not to bother you to putting your phone down and not checking social media updates between sets.  Every time you get distracted, your intensity will go down slightly.  Over time, this really adds up.  Make workout time, you time and protect it with everything you have.
