  • While using maximum intensity is good, you don’t want to go so far that you risk over training or injury.  If your body is clearly telling you to stop because it hurts or your feel faint, listen up.  Likewise, be honest with yourself about whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced trainee. Don’t push yourself to the next level until you are ready.
