COACHING

MONITOR INTENSITY 

  • When training at home, it’s up to you to take responsibility to ensure you push yourself to your limit.  If you want results, there’s no time to go half-in. You need all-in, 110% maximum effort.  The workouts are already designed to be maximum intensity, but you need to put in that work.  If you aren’t seeing results, it’s likely because your intensity is not where it needs to be.
