    For your MEA today I want you to be active for 30 minutes doing anything you love doing like walking the dog, playing with your children etc.

    I also want you to start being more active by standing up every 15 to 60 minutes through the day if you sit a lot. In short, try to get the a point where you never sit for longer then 15 minutes at a time and all you have to do is stand up, walk around for 30 seconds and then you can get back on with your work.

DIET

SET UP ACCOUNTABILITY 

  • Most people tend to be a little too easy on themselves, which is why it’s important that you look into getting an accountability partner.  This is someone who is going to hold you accountable – someone to check in with you from time to time and make sure that you are staying on top of your plan. This could be a personal trainer if you wish to use one or simply one of your close friends or family members.

    This person should inquire with you every so often about your progress and what you have been doing.
