Being prepared is half the battle won so today I want to give you the final checklist and a list of all the tools you will need before we start tomorrow. I also want to talk about what you need to do if you want to be part of the Best Body Transformation Competition at the end.

Final Checklist

  • First of all make sure you have your Doctor’s permission to start this challenge and any physical activity that might be part of this challenge.
  • Make sure you have taken your before photo.
  • Sign up to the Daily Mentoring e-mails if you want to receive them.
  • Make sure you have set aside time to do your workouts. Better yet, schedule a 30 minute time-slot into your day.
  • Make sure your diet is in place and you are ready to eat healthy by going through the diet manual and how to build your own diet video series.
  • Go check out your first workout for tomorrow and make sure you have everything you need to do it.
  • Tell everyone that you are doing this challenge so they will support you and maybe even join you!
  • Do the fitness test.

Best Body Transformation Competition

ba2Secondly let's look at how to be part of the Best Body Transformation Competition.

NOTE: You do not have to be part of the competition if you don't want to be. Some people just want to get back in shape for themselves and don't care about the competition and that is 100% fine. However, I still want you to take a before photo even if you never sent it to me as it is part of your progress and tracking system for the 6weeksixpack.

Take a before photo with a current newspaper ( See sample to the right ) on day one of your 6WeekSixPack Challenge . Guys need to take photos without their shirts and females with a bikini or shorts and a bikini top ( No nudity please ).

  • Then you need to send that photo to my e-mail address at info@sixpackfactory.com with the “BEFORE PHOTO” as the subject.
  • After the 6 weeks you need to send me another photo with that day’s newspaper and also send it to my e-mail with “AFTER PHOTO” as the subject.
  • The photo must have at least your full body from your thighs upwards. The photo must have your face in it. And like I said the photo must have the current newspaper being held in front of you ( Hold it to the side with the front cover facing forward. Don’t let the newspaper cover any part of your body )

That is it! Now don’t worry, I am not going to open each email and look at the photo, I have better things to do. In fact the only time we will look at your photo is if you send us the “AFTER PHOTO” e-mail. We will then go and find the before photo and confirm your results.

Make sure you send both before and after photo e-mails from the same e-mail address. And then just get yourself mentally ready. This is going to be hard and you will need to be committed. But it will also be fun and you will have all the support of everyone else doing this with you and all of us here at  6WeekSixPack.com not to mention, you are going to get into amazing shape!
