Workout Structure

  • You will perform 5 exercises.
  • You will do each exercise for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
  • You will repeat the full circuit 5 times in total.

Workout

  • Express Warm-Up

 

  • Jumping Jacks x 20sec/10sec
  • Jack Knives x 20sec/10sec
  • High Knees ( Sprinting ) x 20sec/10sec
  • Hollow Hold Rock x 20sec/10sec
  • Quick Burpee x 20sec/10sec

Repeat full circuit 5 times in total.
